Email reply generator
What does this tool do?
Writing replies takes time, especially when you need to hit the right tone. This tool reads the email you received, understands what's being asked, and drafts a reply — professional, friendly, concise, or firm, depending on what you choose. Paste the result into Gmail, Outlook, or wherever you write.
Choosing the right tone
- Professional — For clients, partners, and formal business communication. Neutral, clear, and respectful.
- Friendly — For colleagues you know well, collaborators, and warm introductions. Sounds human, not corporate.
- Concise — For busy recipients who want the answer, not the story. Three sentences or fewer.
- Firm — For saying no, holding a boundary, or declining a request without sounding hostile.
Frequently asked questions
Is this tool free?
Yes. It runs on Cloudflare Workers AI with a free daily quota. Normal use won't hit any limits.
Is my email content stored?
No. Your email is sent to the AI model for processing and discarded immediately after. Nothing is stored, logged, or used for training.
Will the reply sound like me?
Not perfectly. The tool produces a clean professional draft — you should edit it to match your voice and add any personal details. Treat it as a starting point, not a finished product.
Can I paste confidential emails?
We don't store your content, but the text is sent to a third-party AI model running on Cloudflare's infrastructure. For highly sensitive material — legal, medical, or financial — consider removing names and specifics before pasting.
What if the generated reply misses the point?
Try adding context in the "Additional context" field. For example: "The customer is asking for a refund, which we've agreed to." The model uses this to shape the reply. If it's still off, the original email may be too ambiguous for an AI to handle reliably.
